Nice to meet you!

Has your life been in major flux? Are you struggling to figure out how you show up in this new normal? What about your relationships? Have you been feeling disconnected and like you’re just not clicking the way you used to? You can feel confident in navigating life’s changes. You can build a relationship based on connection, mutual respect, and romance.

I help couples and individuals navigating life transitions and relationship difficulties to set boundaries and communicate their needs and wants in a way that creates the best outcomes for them and their loved ones, but some might also say that I make exploring your hard truths and expressing your vulnerabilities fun.

Working together we will use evidence-based, systemic models, humor, empathy, and the occasional f-bomb to explore the parts of your life that you’re looking to change, shift the things within your power that are keeping you stuck, create connection, and let go of the parts of your life that no longer serve you in a healthy way. For couples working with me, you can expect all of the above plus a reworking of your habitual ways of responding to one another in order to help make those difficult conversations easier and for both of you to get more of what you want and less of what you don’t want from your partner.

I believe that people are oftentimes doing the best they can in the circumstances they have found themselves and am passionate about fostering hope in my clients and helping them to develop coping skills to manage their specific situation. I find that every person has a depth of strength to work from and, by capitalizing on those strengths, they are able to grow and improve their bonds with others.
