Hello! Welcome to Steeped In Hope! My name is Leah Abrusci. I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist based in the New York area and have spent nearly a decade helping individuals, couples, and families have lives more in line with what they want. My hope is that this blog will serve to make some of the topics and concepts explored in therapy more accessible to the larger public.
